ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-7 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order status!

 

STANDARD SHIPPING​

  • Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order, if shipping is unable to be calculated a flat rate will apply to the order.

  • Untracked, Stamped Mail via UPS is a flat rate of $2.00 - only applicable to items that can fit into a flat letter envelope, you will have the option to choose at checkout. Otherwise, bubble mailers or boxes will be used. If you choose this option and it does not apply to your order, your order will not be processed. 

  • Free standard shipping is offered on all orders over $50.00.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

  • United States: 1-2 weeks 

  • Canada: 2-3 weeks

  • Everywhere Else: 3-8 weeks 

Canada/International sticker-only mail will be shipped untracked in an effort to reduce shipping costs. 


We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible; however, once your order has shipped and handed over to the postal carrier, it is no longer in our hands. We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages. But if you have questions about your order, you can always contact us by submitting a "Contact Us" form.

DIGITAL ITEMS

Due to the limitation of our software, all digital items that also have a physical product available to them will be sent via email within 24 hours after payment has been received. If the only option of the product is a digital item, the system will automatically email you the product with little to no wait time. You will receive 3 versions of your purchase; PNG, JPEG, PDF.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Use our "Contact Us" form. Any cancellations must be made 24 hours after purchase. We don't accept cancellations after your order has shipped.
